What are the check-in and check-out times?
We welcome you starting at 4:00 p.m. (check-in), and we ask that you vacate your rooms by 11:00 a.m. (check-out) so that we can prepare them for the next guests.
Is the pool open to all guests?
The indoor pool is available to guests who have booked their stay directly through us—Solarento.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
Sure! Kazalnica is pet-friendly—your pet is welcome here.
Can you have breakfast or dinner at the resort?
Yes, the Kazalnica Restaurant is located on the resort grounds, where you can purchase breakfast and dinner as part of a buffet.
Are the apartments air-conditioned?
Our apartments are not air-conditioned, which allows them to maintain a natural mountain microclimate—even in the summer, evenings in the Karkonosze Mountains can be refreshingly cool.
Can I change my check-in or check-out times?
Yes, please contact the front desk in advance. Depending on availability, we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.
