Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations

S P O O L R U L E S 

1. The swimming pool and wading pool at the Kazalnica Family & Conference Resort are available exclusively to guests staying in the apartments managed by HM Kazalnica (hereinafter: HM), headquartered in Warsaw, during the hours specified by HM. Use of the swimming pool and wading pool is free of charge for HM guests. 
2. Access to the pool and wading pool area is restricted to HM guests who have a valid identification wristband or who have had the apartment number where they are registered verified by pool staff. HM and the facility staff are authorized to deny entry to individuals who are not HM guests or to those who refuse to provide their apartment number or are unable to confirm their eligibility to use the swimming pool and wading pool. 
3. Sharing identification wristbands with third parties or allowing unauthorized persons to enter constitutes a violation of the Rules and Regulations and may result in the denial of further use of the pool without the right to make any claims against HM in this regard. 
4. From 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., the pool is reserved for adults only. 
5. Before entering the swimming pool and wading pool area, guests are asked to review the rules and regulations and to follow the safety guidelines. By entering the swimming pool and wading pool area, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations. 
6. Children under 12 years of age may use the pool and wading pool only when accompanied by an adult. The guardian of a minor is required to provide constant and direct supervision of the child and bears full responsibility for the safety of the children in their care. Legal guardians also bear full responsibility for any damage caused by minors in their care. 
7. Running, jumping into the water, and any behavior that may endanger the safety of other guests are prohibited in the swimming pool and wading pool areas. 
8. Before entering the pool or wading pool, guests are required to take a shower and disinfect their feet. Use of the pool and wading pool is permitted only in swimwear. 
9. It is prohibited to bring food, beverages (except for water in plastic bottles), glass containers, sharp objects, or any other items that may pose a hazard into the swimming pool and wading pool areas. 
10. HM is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of items left unattended in the swimming pool, wading pool, on lounge chairs, or in common areas. 
11. Sun loungers are available for HM guests. Please do not leave towels or other items on them to reserve a spot when the lounger is not in use. 
12. Guests are required to keep the pool area, the wading pool, and the area around the lounge chairs clean and tidy. Please dispose of trash in the designated bins. 
13. If you feel unwell, weak, or have any other health issues, please refrain from using the pool and wading pool and notify HM staff immediately. 
14. HM, facility staff, or persons authorized by them are entitled to deny entry or order individuals to leave the pool premises if they violate the rules and regulations, the principles of social conduct, or pose a threat to the safety of others, without the right to any claims in this regard. 
15. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HM shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the swimming pool and wading pool in violation of the rules and regulations, the user’s health condition, failure to exercise due care, or the conduct of other persons using the facility. The foregoing does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of law. 
16. Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and wading pool areas. The following individuals are prohibited from using the swimming pool and wading pool: 
17. who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, 
18. who suffer from infectious diseases, 
19. who have open wounds or medical conditions that could pose a health risk, 
20. whose health condition may pose a threat to themselves or others 
21. Guests who violate the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 16 may be asked to leave the pool area. 
22. The swimming pool and wading pool are for recreational use only and are unsupervised. There is no constant supervision by a lifeguard in the swimming pool and wading pool areas. Users are required to exercise extreme caution and to use the pool in accordance with its intended purpose and safety rules. 
23. Use of the pool and wading pool is at your own risk. HM is not liable for accidents resulting from failure to comply with the rules and safety guidelines.   
24. It is prohibited to dive in the pool, push others into the water, use your own sports equipment or inflatable accessories that may pose a hazard, or use the pool during a storm or in the event of a technical malfunction. 
25. A temporary restriction on access to the pool or wading pool—particularly due to technical, sanitary, organizational, weather-related, or safety reasons—does not constitute grounds for any claims against HM. 
26. The premises may be under video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property. 
27. The organizers reserve the right to temporarily close the pool or wading pool due to maintenance work, inclement weather, or other exceptional circumstances. Current information is available at the HM reception desk.
